Kids and teens are more stressed than ever these days. Yoga can help young people learn to relax, build confidence and self-esteem, and be comfortable in their changing bodies, while building strength, flexibilty and concentration. All of this while having a blast!

TEEN YOGA (For tweens and teens 11-17)

Chill out with your peeps in this hip, lively yoga class designed for pre-teen and teens. The class is set to upbeat music and offers a blend of physical challenge, stress relief, relaxation and fun. Yoga is an inspiring way to cultivate confidence and a positive body image and improve focus. No yoga experience is necessary. All levels welcome. Wear comfortable or stretchy clothing (no jeans).
$72 for 6 weeks ($12/class) or $13/class to drop-in
Teens 13 and up are also welcome to come to the regular adult classes on our schedule for a reduced drop-in rate of $13 (usually $19 for adults).

A 45-minute yoga class for kids 6-11 led by "YogaBear: Yoga For Youngsters" author and yoga teacher Karen Pierce. Karen will take children on a journey based on her beautifully illustrated book that introduces children to yoga by exploring and imitating animals and nature through 22 yoga postures.
$66 for 6 weeks ($11/class) or $12/class
