We believe in the power of yoga to transform, helping all who come to the practice achieve health, unity and wholeness. Some of us are full-time yoga teachers; others hold jobs in publishing, graphic design and finance among other things. Each one of us views teaching yoga as life work. Sharing yoga with others -- with you -- is life-affirming and is our calling.
