Clearing The Subconsious:
Aligning Your Ego with Your Soul Purpose
with guest Kundalini Yoga Instructor Akalsukh Singh
Saturday, October 30th,
1:00-4:00PM
The ego is here to serve us, but it must be trained and aligned to the soul’s purpose -- remembering our True Identity.
As consciousness is elevated through Kundalini Yoga and Deep Meditation, we can let go of anger, pain, childhood resentments and phobias. Then we can act consciously rather than react unconsciously to the challenges in life and let the ego perform its most important functions: individuation, protection and survival.
Join Akalsukh Singh to learn powerful tools to release frustration, clear out old phobias and align yourself with your soul. Once the mental static has cleared, the emotions have been calmed and the commotions have died down, you can release subconscious negative habit patterns and experience the neutral state of consciousness known as the meditative mind and access the True Self (Sat Nam, our True Identity).
“Concious action raises the consciousness, habitual action raises the habit. So when you do something under an impulse, you become impulsive and compulsive; you lose your will. When you do not have your will, you cannot recognize God’s will and that’s the way it’s goes, folks.” ~Yogi Bhajan
