RESERVATIONS POLICY:

In order to reserve your space you must pay in advance for the discounted "pre-paid" price (usually at least 24-48 hours before the event). Though walk-ins are welcome, we strongly recommend reserving your spot in advance, since workshops fill up quickly. (Limit 25 students)

PAYMENT ONLINE:

The easiest and safest way to pay is online with a credit card by selecting the links for each workshop. YogaSpace uses MindBody Online to process all of our online purchases so that your sensitive financial information will be kept private and safe.

PAYMENT AT THE STUDIO:

If you prefer to pay in person, over the phone or by mail, you can do one of the following:

1) Pay in person at the studio at least 24 hrs before the event.

2) Call us at 203-730-YOGA to give credit card info over the phone.

3) Mail a check to YogaSpace at 78 Stony HIll Rd., Bethel CT 06801 with a note referencing which workshop you're paying for. Make sure you leave enough time for mail to get to us (usually 3-4 days) so we'll have your reservation.

Note: If you're sending a check, be sure to add 6.35% CT Sales Tax to the total cost of the workshop.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once you have reserved your space in a workshop, you can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours in advance.

If you cancel less than 24 hours from the start time of a workshop, no credit will be given, as we have likely turned away other students and may not be able to fill your spot.

Introduction to Kundalini Yoga Workshop

Ever wonder what Kundalini is but you were afraid to try it? Have your friends told you it's weird or too challenging? Now is your chance to give it a try in a supportive and relaxed environment.

Kundalini is a yoga that creates: vitality in the body, balance in the mind, and openess in the spirit. Kundalini challenges you to be your excellent self.

In this 2 1/2 hour workshop, you will learn the terminology and experience all the elements of a Kundalini class. We will cover how to sit, tune in, engage in basic breathwork and a kriya for beginners (series of postures designed to produce a desired effect), and work with sound - mantra and a chanting meditation. You will walk away feeling different than when you came.

All levels are welcome - a start for beginners and review for veterans.

Restorative Yoga ~ Unwind From the Grind

Restorative Yoga is a passive practice, which just about anyone can do. You don't need to be particularly athletic, fit or flexible. We'll use props (pillows, blankets, straps, etc.) to support your body so you can rest, stretch your muscles; lower your heart rate and blood pressure; calm your nervous system, and experience a peaceful state of deep relaxation. Just wear super comfy layers and bring a mat if you have one. We have everything else you'll need. The perfect antidote to anxiety and overwhelm.
