The Theory and Practice of Karma Yoga

This session will include a sideshow, meditation and wisdom discussion that explores the steps necessary to ensure that our daily life is supporting the evolution of our soul. You'll learn about the purifying effects of karma yoga, and how that relates to practical, everyday actions. Through living in the spirit of karma yoga, even challenging situations can be faced with a poised and calm mind. In this way, we can enjoy our meditation practice and our life.
