We will explore yoga-based poses done using a stability ball to provide support in helping you improve balance and flexibility. The stability ball is a great way to get extra support for moves that require endurance and flexibility and it also adds a balance challenge to some poses including serious ab work! Deeper poses can be practiced with ease to help you experience greater benefits. The size of the ball makes a difference and you'll want a ball you can comfortably sit on with your feet on the floor and knees at 90 degrees. Please bring your own fitness ball. Suggested sizes: 45cm ball (below 4'8"), 55cm ball (4'8"-5'3"), 65cm ball (5'3"-6'0"), and 75cm (over 6'). Let's have a ball! Laughter also makes you look younger and improves self-confidence. Joe has been teaching Yoga for the past 30 years. In 2008, he completed his certification in Laughter Yoga through Integral Yoga at Satchidananda Ashram.
