You'll feel it the minute you walk in the door; a sense of welcoming, warmth and peace.
Our main studio, The Sun Room, features eco-friendly cork floors, low VOC paint, ceiling fans, plenty of natural light pouring through the huge windows, and care taken in every detail for your comfort and enjoyment. We've purposely chosen soothing colors, natural materials and unique decorations to create an inviting and relaxing atmosphere for your practice.
The Sun Room is about 900 sq.ft. and can accommodate about 25 students on yoga mats or larger groups for lectures, concerts, trainings and more. At night, the studio radiates with the soft glow of warm colors and ambient lighting. We have full control over lighting and heating/cooling so that the space remains comfortable in any season.
Additionally, we have an intimate space, The Lotus Room, a small 8'x13' room for private one-on-one class, massage, reiki, consultations and small group meditations.
Both of our beautiful sacred spaces can be rented. We offer folding chairs, back jacks, mats, pillows, blankets, etc. as part of our rentals - and we'll help customize the experience for your needs. For more information and rates, click here.

The Sun Room is a large studio perfect for classes, workshops, concerts and events with groups of 15 and more.
This small private room is ideal for private classes, consultations, massage and healing sessions, small group meditations, etc.
