Our private yoga sessions are ideal way to explore your own personal yoga practice and to develop deeper understanding. If you are beginning yoga, don’t like working in a class situation, or have specific needs or have an injury you are dealing with then let us customize a private session for you. If you have a friend or two who would like to join you that's fine too.
Reasons to take private yoga lessons:
1. New to yoga and meditation
New students often feel overwhelmed in a group setting, and can benefit from receiving one on one instructions. Working one-on-one will help you develop a clear understanding of the yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditation.
2. Practice safely
In a one-to-one class, the teacher will select poses which are appropriate to your needs and experience, so that you can develop a safe practice.
3. Busy schedule
Private yoga classes conveniently fit your schedule. If you are too busy to make it to the studio we can bring the private session to your house. We can come to your home at a time that is convenient for you and design a class specifically for you.

60 MINUTE SESSIONS
• Single private yoga instruction- $75/hour
• Ongoing private sessions - $65/hour for 4 or more, paid in advance
90 MINUTE SESSIONS
• Single 1.5 hour private yoga session - $90
• Ongoing 1.5 hour private sessions - $80 for 4 or more, paid in advance
