At YogaSpace, we are passionate about teaching "real" yoga in a variety of styles, that is accessible and applicable to our busy modern lives. Our intent is to foster growth, transformation and soul connection for each student so that you can break through blocks, heal old wounds, get inspired, feel empowered and be your BEST SELF!
We teach the psychological, spiritual and mystical aspects of yoga as well as the physical practices that most people associate with yoga. No dogma. No religion. Just real yoga for real people!
Our intent is to provide exceptional yoga instruction in a safe and welcoming environment that strengthens and nurtures the physical body while calming the mind… so that YOU can bring YOUR gifts to the world with more clarity, purpose, poise and power.

- A Conscious Community of Individuals
We are a community of highly qualified & caring teachers who believe that the practice of yoga has the ability not only to change our bodies, but to change our perspective, our relationships, our life and the world for the better! We have been in business since 2001 (originally in Brookfield, CT), and have been in our current location in Bethel, CT since 2014.
Originally started by Natasha Raymond in December of 2001, YogaSpace is now a mecca in the Northern Fairfield County area for students and teachers alike. Currently owned and operated by three dedicated instructors, Saeeda Quaisar, Rob Farella and Heather Morgado, YogaSpace continues to foster healthy living, spiritual connection and a conscious community dedicated to the practice of yoga on and off the mat.
While our yoga students come from far & wide, we particularly serve students from Bethel, Brookfield, Newtown and our surrounding local towns: Bridgewater, Danbury, New Fairfield, New Milford, Redding, Ridgefield, Monroe and Southbury, Connecticut.
From the minute you walk into YogaSpace, you'll feel the good vibes (or the "prana" as yogis call it). Our space includes a yoga boutique and lounge to support your practice and our sense of community.
Our main studio, The Sun Room, features eco-friendly cork floors, low VOC paint, ceiling fans, plenty of natural light pouring through the huge windows. Care taken in every detail for your comfort and enjoyment. At night, the studio radiates with the soft glow of warm colors and ambient lighting. We have mats, pillows, blankets, bolsters, and yoga straps for your use (or you canbring your own).
Additionally, we have an intimate sanctuary, The Lotus Room, for private one-on-one classes, massage, Reiki, healing consultations and small group meditations. Note that both the Sun and Lotus Rooms are "shoe-free" zones, and we ask that you kindly leave your shoes in the hallway areas where there are benches, hooks for coats, etc.
Both the Sun Room and the Lotus Room are available for rent. (Find out more here).
